The Business Developer will create partnerships with gaming brands, enhance player relationships, and represent XBorg at industry events.

Role Overview
We're seeking a Business Developer with deep gaming industry expertise to expand our partnerships with major gaming brands and the agencies that serve them. Your mission will be to position XBorg's fan engagement platform as an essential tool for gaming companies looking to deepen player relationships with gamified loyalty experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute partnership strategies targeting gaming/entertainment brands
- Build relationships with marketing agencies specializing in gaming and esports to integrate XBorg into their service offerings for gaming clients
- Work with gaming brands to design custom implementations that enhance their existing player ecosystems
- Represent XBorg at gaming industry events, agency meetings, and brand summits
Required Skills and Experience
- 4+ years working for gaming brands, publishers, or marketing agencies serving the gaming industry
- Direct relationships with decision-makers at major gaming companies and/or gaming-focused marketing agencies
- Deep understanding of the gaming ecosystem including publishers, developers, platforms, and player communities
- Track record of closing B2B partnerships or technology implementations with gaming brands
- Understanding of the industry's business models, player lifecycle, and monetization strategies
- Experience working with or for marketing agencies in gaming/esports capacity highly preferred
- Ability to speak fluently about gaming trends, player demographics, and industry dynamics
- Strong presentation skills for C-level gaming executives and agency leadership
- Familiarity with web3 gaming and blockchain technologies is a plus
