Business Development Analyst 

Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) is an international, ISO 9001/20000/27001 Certified, CMMI Level 3 Rated full-service provider with more than 38 years’ experience in the Federal, military, and commercial marketplaces. SRI is seeking a remote Business Development (BD) Analyst to join our team. 

 

Overview: The BD Analyst shall provide operational ownership, analytical synthesis, and process execution in support of SRI’s Business Development, Capture, and Proposal functions.


Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the BD operation's backbone for SRI
  • Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly BD intelligence workflows are executed without senior intervention.
  • Convert raw opportunity and partner data into actionable insights.
  • Maintain audit-ready BD repositories, trackers and records.
  • Opportunity Intake & Daily Intelligence Operations
  • Small Business & Partner Database Ownership
  • Contract Vehicle & SIN Intelligence
  • BD Meeting & Workflow Management 
  • NDA & Compliance Tracking 
  • Proposal & Capture Support

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Political Science, Supply Chain/Logistics, Communications, or related field
  • Working knowledge of the federal acquisition lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with SAM.gov, GovWin, GSA schedules / SINs, IDIQ and GWAC concepts
  • Ability to:
    • Analyze large volumes of opportunity and partner data
    • Identify patterns, gaps, and priorities
    • Produce concise, decision-ready summaries
  • Strong critical thinking and judgment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Technical & Tool Proficiency: 

  • Advanced proficiency in:
    • MS Excel (filters, formulas, pivot tables)
    • MS Word (structured documents, templates)
    • MS PowerPoint (executive-ready slides)
  • Experience using:
    • SharePoint / Teams
    • CRM or BD tracking tools

Required Professional Traits: 

  • High attention to detail and data integrity
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment
  • Discretion when handling sensitive procurement and partner information
  • Proactive problem-solver who flags issues early
