We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Associate to support our expansion efforts in the USA. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving growth through strategic partnerships. As a key member of the business development team, you will contribute to shaping Kipoo Games' footprint in the competitive gaming industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and potential partners in the US gaming sector.

  • Generate and qualify leads for collaborations with publishers, distributors, and advertisers.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective partners, including gaming platforms, app stores, and ad networks.

  • Represent Kipoo Games in meetings, industry events, and conferences to promote our brand and explore opportunities.

  • Develop and deliver tailored presentations, proposals, and pitch decks to prospective clients and partners.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and development) to craft compelling business cases aligned with Kipoo Games' goals.

  • Track the success of partnerships and business development initiatives, providing actionable insights to the leadership team.

  • Prepare regular reports on pipeline progress, competitive analysis, and identified growth opportunities.

  • Work closely with the Business Development Manager to execute strategies that expand Kipoo Games’ market share.

  • Support contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management (preferably in the gaming or tech industry).

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends to identify opportunities.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides).

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with the mobile gaming ecosystem, including monetization models, app store operations, and industry players.

  • Experience in contract negotiation and managing partnership agreements.

  • Enthusiasm for gaming, with an understanding of player behavior and trends in the USA market.
