The Opportunity

Adverteyes is the creative intelligence platform driving sales for the world’s leading brands. We help major advertisers — P&G, Mars, Google — predict how creative performs before it goes live, to make better decisions and drive business growth.

We're looking for sharp, well-connected business development professionals who want earnings that reflect their network.

What You'll Do

Use your business acumen and relationships to open doors for Adverteyes across:

  • CMOs and brand marketing teams
  • Agency holding groups and independent agencies
  • Ad tech and media platforms

You choose your level of involvement. Make the intro and hand off, or stay embedded through close — the commission rate reflects your contribution.

Commission Structure

5% — Introduction

You introduce a qualified prospect. Our team closes the deal. You earn 5% of all revenue from that client over the following year.

10% — Full-Cycle

You're active from intro through close. You earn 10% of all revenue from that client over the following year.

Paid monthly within 30 days of revenue collected. 6-month earnings tail on termination. Clients pre-approved before outreach.

Earnings Potential

Deal sizes typically range from $60k to $400k+ annually:

  • $200k introduction deal = $10,000
  • Three $150k full-cycle deals = $45,000
  • $400k enterprise deal (full-cycle) = $40,000

No cap.

Who We're Looking For

  • Warm relationships with marketing decision-makers — you can get a meeting in one message
  • Comfort with performance-based income and a drive for outcomes
  • Credibility in marketing, media, or ad tech
  • Self-directed, entrepreneurial energy

What We Provide

  • Full onboarding on our platform, methodology, and case studies
  • Sales collateral and proposal support
  • Direct access to our commercial team throughout
  • Experience in next-generation technology, pioneering the future of advertising, measurement and performance

The Small Print

Independent contractor arrangement. You're free to work with others where no conflict of interest exists.

Interested?

Tell us about your background and the relationships you'd bring. We move fast.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
