The Business Development Manager will expand the dealer network, identify acquisition targets, and collaborate on strategic growth initiatives.
Overview:
Culligan Quench is seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our growing Indirect Division. We manufacture and distribute industry leading water solutions through a trusted network of over 300 dealers across North America. This role is ideal for a relationship-builder and strategic thinker who thrives on uncovering new business opportunities and making an impact.
In this high-visibility role, you’ll be responsible for expanding our dealer network and fueling growth by identifying and cultivating relationships with dealers not yet partnered with us. You'll also help identify strong potential acquisition targets, working closely with our M&A team to support strategic expansion.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and build relationships with independent dealers not currently in our network.
- Recruit new dealers to represent and sell Quench products, expanding our market reach.
- Evaluate potential acquisition targets and collaborate with the M&A team to explore opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to align growth initiatives with strategic goals.
- Track outreach and engagement efforts in CRM, maintaining accurate pipeline and reporting metrics.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partner/channel development—ideally in a distribution or B2B environment.
- Proven success in building and managing business relationships that drive growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and act on them.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and managing a sales pipeline.
