The Contribution You’ll bring to this Role: 

We are looking for a Business Development Manager for our Chemical Safety Business unit which represents the Justrite and Eagle Brands of Products.   

About the Team: 

As a member of our Sales team, you’ll have the opportunity to work with leading distributors and top brands in the industry, driving sales efforts that make a real impact. Our sales team is dedicated to building and maintaining strong relationships, ensuring that we deliver the best possible outcomes for our partners and customers. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you’ll be part of a team that is recognized for its commitment to excellence and customer-centric approach. What You’ll Do at Justrite: 

  • Develop net new business in underpenetrated verticals by establishing brand preference at the top end users in your assigned verticals.  Demand created can be fulfilled through existing distribution channels or via e-Commerce, whichever is preferred. 
  • In order to help establish relationships with these Key End User Accounts (KEUA), you will build your personal network to leverage any pre-existing relationships they may have.  This network will include, but, not be limited to our existing sales people across the Justrite Safety Group portfolio of companies, our Independent Manufacturing Rep Groups, and the sellers at our vast Distribution Network. 
  • You will has have a portfolio of distributors that specialize within your assigned verticals to manage and grow via strategic planning and driving adoption of broader portions of our portfolio.   
  • Perform Market analysis and collaboration with Sales Managers and local sellers to penetrate these new markets and expand current distribution channels, but, identifying and onboarding new distribution partners. Research and analyze current competition and their market share, and work with Marketing and Sales on opportunities to increase market share.   
  • Lastly, you will be aligned regionally with 1 or more of our Independent Manufacturing Rep Groups in support of everyday business outside of your assigned verticals 

Your Skills and Expertise: 

To ensure your success from day one in this role, Justrite requires the following qualifications at a minimum: 

  • BS in Business related field or equivalent combination of education and experience 
  • Experience with Key End User Account planning
  • Customer Focus: Readily responding to meet the needs of others, either inside or outside the organization. Satisfying customers.
  • Negotiating and Planning experience 

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: 

  • Problem Identification & Resolution 
  • Clear, concise Communication skills 
  • Experience working in a team environment preferably with a small to medium-sized company. 
  • Adaptability: Taking on new and additional tasks with comfort and ease and responding to unexpected requirements inherent in such circumstances. Handling and managing new assignments readily. 
  • Dependability & Reliability: Completingwork within organizational protocol and within expectations. Completing work within Standard Operating Procedures. 
  • Problem Solving: Correctlydefining complex problems and developing viable work processes as solutions. Fixing work processes.  

Compensation: 

The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000. 

Actual base salaries will vary and may be above or below the recommended pay range based on factors such as but not limited to location, relevant experience and performance.   Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan to enhance their overall total compensation package when Justrite Safety Group and their business units achieve annual business and financial targets.
