We have become a market leader in Bitcoin security and Layer-2 technologies. Our products are designed to make financial systems more efficient, secure, and robust.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by building relationships, expanding Blockstream’s brand recognition and closing revenue producing enterprise deals within specific channels.

What You Will Be Doing (Responsibilities):

  • Producing revenue and exceeding sales targets

  • Building a verifiable pipeline of qualified leads and consistently closing deals

  • Building brand recognition and fostering relationships within specific channels across the enterprise landscape

  • Traveling up to 50% of the time to meet with clients and attend industry events

  • Building awareness of Blockstream as the premier Layer2 provider for professional financial services through presentations, networking, and thought leadership

  • Operating in a multidisciplinary fashion, collaborating effectively across different departments and teams within Blockstream

  • Contributing to the expansion of enterprise products and the Blockstream Enterprise Team

What We Look For In You (Required Qualifications):

  • Financial acumen, including a strong understanding of cash flows, budgets, and revenue models

  • Intellectually curious and driven to challenge the status quo

  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach to securing new revenues and improving internal efficiencies

Nice To Haves (Preferred Qualifications):

  • CFA, CAIA, MBA or other advanced degree

  • Operating experience within asset management, investment banking, fund administration, or fintech

  • Proven experience in digital assets, financial services, and/or SaaS, with a strong track record of closing deals and hitting targets

  • Candidates with vast enterprise AE, GTM and Product experience in capital markets and/or treasury fintech are encouraged to apply
