  • Sales Process Enhancement: Play a pivotal role in the consultative sales process by acquiring in-depth industry knowledge, identifying business needs, and collaboratively sharing insights with the sales team.
  • Goal Achievement: Proactively meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly performance goals, driving the success of our business development initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B business development within a staffing/recruitment agency
  • The ability to demonstrate how relationships are built directly with decision makers in companies
  • Demonstrate an excellent performance record of completing larger projects.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities.
  • Ability to work independently in an entrepreneurial, start-up environment.
  • Deep understanding of Linkedin Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc….
