The Business Development Manager/Client Partner will lead strategic market expansion efforts, enhance sales processes, and cultivate client relationships to achieve performance goals.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Business Development: Spearhead the acquisition of new business through targeted advertisements, agencies, industry media, referrals, networking, online research, outbound emails, calls, and innovative channels.
- Market Expansion: Develop and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in select markets, contributing to our sustained growth and global reach.
- Client Engagement: Demonstrate effective communication skills to establish and nurture relationships with clients and account executives, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Process Enhancement: Play a pivotal role in the consultative sales process by acquiring in-depth industry knowledge, identifying business needs, and collaboratively sharing insights with the sales team.
- Goal Achievement: Proactively meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly performance goals, driving the success of our business development initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B business development within a staffing/recruitment agency
- The ability to demonstrate how relationships are built directly with decision makers in companies
- Demonstrate an excellent performance record of completing larger projects.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities.
- Ability to work independently in an entrepreneurial, start-up environment.
- Deep understanding of Linkedin Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc….
