At Phreesia, we're all about growth—and that means we need dynamic, driven individuals to help our Network Solutions team continue to expand our reach. As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll play a key role in propelling our sales pipeline forward and driving success for our Client Experience team. You will conduct make an impact by uncovering new business opportunities as you build strong client relationships and continue to deepend your knowledge of the life sciences and healthcare industry. 

This is a work-from-home position with the expectation that you live within a 90-minute commute of New York City. 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Generate New Business: Identify and create opportunities with top pharmaceutical manufacturers, media buying agencies, and other key players in the Life Sciences/healthcare sector 

  • Market Research & Strategy: Stay ahead of the game by conducting competitive analysis and developing outreach strategies that really work utilizing Zoominfo, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Salesforce, and other resources   

  • Client Engagement: Proactively connect with potential clients, educate them about Phreesia’s innovative platform, and schedule meetings to explore how we can make a difference 

  • Build Relationships: Qualify leads, identify key decision-makers, and support the growth of existing accounts—all while working cross-functionally with our teams to develop and execute sales strategies 

  • Stay Informed: Be the expert on industry trends and competitor movements, so you can anticipate needs and drive strategic sales initiatives 

What You’ll Bring: 

  • Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of experience in sales, marketing, advertising, media, or relevant internships; pharmaceutical or medical device experience preferred 

  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills 

  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and meet/exceed quotas or KPIs 

  • Strategic planning and market analysis skills with a creative, out-of-the-box mindset 

  • Target-driven with excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities 

  • Self-starter with strong collaboration, networking, and interpersonal skills, and a proactive, can-do attitude 

Base pay for US is $70,000. In addition, Phreesia also offers equity as part of an attractive & comprehensive Total Rewards package.
