Opportunity Overview

Inspiroz is at an exciting point in its journey.

Over the past five years, we have experienced significant growth while becoming a trusted technology partner to more than 300 charter and independent schools across the United States. We believe tremendous opportunity remains ahead, and we are intentionally investing in our Sales organization to accelerate that growth.

To support our continued expansion, we are adding a Business Development Representative to our Sales team. This role plays a critical part in our growth by identifying prospective school partners, generating new sales opportunities, and creating the pipeline that fuels our continued success.

Rather than closing deals, our Business Development Representatives specialize in creating opportunities. Through disciplined outbound prospecting, thoughtful research, and meaningful early engagement, they open doors, initiate relationships, and connect school leaders with our Education Technology Advisors.

If you are energized by prospecting, enjoy starting conversations, and take pride in creating opportunities that lead to long-term client relationships, this role offers an excellent opportunity to grow within a high-performing sales organization.

About Inspiroz

Inspiroz is a leading provider of managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and technology strategy for charter schools, independent schools, and other mission-driven educational organizations.

For more than 35 years, we have helped organizations leverage technology to achieve their missions. Since entering the K–12 education market in 2012, we have become a trusted technology partner to more than 300 schools across 19 states.

Our success is built on a simple belief: schools deserve a technology partner that understands education. We combine deep technical expertise with a consultative, relationship-driven approach to help school leaders build secure, reliable, and scalable technology environments that allow them to focus on students.

As an EOS® organization committed to accountability, continuous improvement, and servant leadership, we invest heavily in developing our people and creating opportunities for professional growth.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
