The Business Development Representative will secure new clients for financial services, manage a sales pipeline, and build relationships.
As a Business Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and securing new clients for our financial and advisory services. You will leverage your expertise to expand our client base, build strategic relationships, and contribute to CKH Group’s mission of empowering financial leaders with global support and local expertise.
We will trust you to:
- Identify and engage potential clients for financial due diligence, QofE, Transfer Pricing, and accounting services, accounting software support.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and industry events.
- Understand client challenges, tailor solutions to their needs, and articulate CKH Group’s value proposition effectively
- Research industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential business opportunities to drive strategic sales efforts.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure continued business growth.
- Work closely with internal teams, including financial analysts, accountants, and consultants, to deliver seamless service.
- Develop and execute a sales plan to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- 3-5 years of business development or sales experience within accounting & consulting services.
- High-level understanding of financial analysis, transfer pricing regulations, and accounting principles.
- Strong ability to develop professional relationships and expand business networks.
- Ability to identify client needs, craft compelling solutions, and close deals effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive approach.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
