About the Role 

We’re looking for a foundational Business Development Representative (BDR) to help expand our reach across multiple markets and solutions. 

 

You’ll play a key role in: 

  • Building and testing outbound strategies across multiple ICPs and industries 
  • Helping define how we position audience intelligence, location intelligence, and conversion data 
  • Creating the playbook for future growth across our portfolio 

 

High performance in this role opens doors to advancement into BDR Manager or Account Executive (AE) roles. 


What You’ll Do 

  • Develop and execute outbound strategies 
  • Build pipeline across Audiense, Buxton, and Elevar 
  • Hit activity and qualified opportunity targets 
  • Help define messaging for different personas 
  • Build scalable outbound processes 
  • Partner with Marketing and Partnerships teams 
  • Provide reporting on pipeline performance 
  • Test new tools and AI-driven workflows 

 

What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years experience as a SaaS BDR or recruiter with a proven track record 
  • Strong ability to sell into multiple personas and industries 
  • Creative thinker capable of building and testing new outbound channels and messaging 
  • Self-motivated and comfortable operating with ambiguity 
  • Confident engaging prospects across phone, email, and social 
  • Experience with sales tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Seamless) 
  • Data-driven mindset 
  • Strong relationship-building skills 
  • Curious and eager to understand data, analytics, and marketing ecosystems 

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling into agencies, retail, QSR, or eCommerce 
  • Familiarity with audience intelligence, location intelligence, or digital analytics 
  • Experience working across multiple product lines
