Title: Business Intelligence Analyst

FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt

Department: FP&A

Reports to: Business Intelligence Manager

Salary: $70,000-80,000 + bonus

Job Summary:

The Business Intelligence Analyst will assist the Business Intelligence Manager in creating and sustaining data solutions that enable informed, data-driven decisions across BeatBox Beverages. This role will assist in the creation and maintenance of dashboards, data pipelines, and reporting tools, ensuring stakeholders across sales, finance, operations, and marketing have timely and accurate insights. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and technical skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to support the broader Insights and Analytics team.


Supervisory Responsibilities: 


  • This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities but is subject to change. 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and other reporting solutions to deliver actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Support data preparation processes, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) into the data warehouse.
  • Help maintain and monitor data pipelines to ensure accuracy, completeness, and performance.
  • Perform regular data validation, quality checks, and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy across all dashboards and reports.
  • Collaborate with the BI Manager and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure reporting solutions meet the needs of various departments.
  • Assist with master data management efforts to maintain data consistency and integrity across systems.
  • Stay informed about data visualization best practices and assist in refining existing dashboards to improve usability and performance.
  • Contribute to special projects and assist with AI initiatives and process automation under the guidance of the BI Manager.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency with SQL for data querying and analysis.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI preferred).
  • Familiarity with relational databases and data warehousing concepts (Snowflake a plus).
  • Basic understanding of ETL processes; Python experience a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with industry data sources like VIP, Nielsen, or IRI is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
