Our Opportunity:
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Engineer I at our facility in Bellevue, Washington to closely examine customer traffic, browsing and purchase behaviors by developing the deepest understanding of business metrics.
What You'll Do:
  • Conduct deep dive analysis on customer pathing and other website and mobile app interactions to optimize site experience.
  • Use available tools and data (Snowflake, Python, Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.) to construct, maintain, distribute and enhance dashboards and reporting.
  • Ensure analytics implementation provides crystal-clear visibility into the impact and the value of new features and functionality.
  • Build insights and create recommendations via written and verbal communications that can be understood by a broad audience.
  • Establish & maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Recommend and help run and analyze A/B tests on new features/content.

What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Engineering, or related field and 2 years of experience.
  • Will accept Master's and 0 years of experience.
  • Experience or coursework must include: working with data visualization tools;
  • Perform in-depth analysis, synthesize results, report and present strategies and make recommendations to business and technical audiences;
  • Web analytics data collection;
  • Define requirements, implement code & validate data;
  • Tableau; and
  • Writing and tuning SQL queries and knowledge of relational databases.
  • The position is eligible for the Employee Referral Program.
