Business Listings & Citation Specialist

Are you passionate about data accuracy, SEO, and making sure businesses stand out where it matters most? As a Business Listings & Citation Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our dealership network is accurately represented across the digital landscape—helping us connect with customers and drive measurable results.

In this role, you'll work closely with SEO, Website, and Digital Marketing teams to update listings, resolve data discrepancies, and support dealership requests. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow a career in digital marketing, local SEO, or online business operations.

Location: Remote (West Coast - PST work hours)

Compensation Range: $40,000-$60,000, with a typical starting salary of $46,000. Actual pay may vary based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.

What You'll Do

  • Update and maintain business listings across platforms such as Google Business Profile, Bing, Apple Maps, Yelp, and others
  • Review listings for accuracy and resolve inconsistencies in business information
  • Help maintain accurate dealership data, including business names, addresses, phone numbers, and website links
  • Partner with internal teams and vendors to support listing updates and improvements
  • Respond to dealership questions and assist with listing-related requests
  • Support the setup of new location features and business profiles
  • Assist with tracking and reporting efforts through tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console
  • Help maintain tracking phone numbers and directory information
  • Verify business information for new and existing dealership locations
  • Collaborate with SEO, Website, and Digital Marketing teams on ongoing projects and initiatives

What You'll Bring

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, or online business listings preferred
  • Experience using Google Business Profile, Yelp, Bing, or similar platforms is a plus ​
  • Ability to coach and influence others, driving consistency and best practices
