Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Regional Business Operations Analysts team, including performance management, coaching, and development
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members
- Define and implement the overall analytics strategy for the retail wireless field operations team
- Collaborate with field leadership in the identification of key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Boost field sales teams
- Oversee and direct the development of field-facing dashboards to track progress and identify gaps
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape
- Leverage data to identify areas for improvement in operational efficiency, customer experience, and sales performance
- Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership
- Prepare and deliver presentations to communicate findings and recommendations effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, operations) to implement data-driven solutions
- Ensure data quality and integrity across all data sources
- Maintain data according to company data governance policies and procedures
- Develop and implement data visualization strategies that translate complex field sales data into actionable insights, enabling sales managers and field teams to identify performance trends, optimize resource allocation, and drive sales growth
- Keep abreast of the latest advancements in data analytics and industry best practices
- Explore and implement new technologies and tools to enhance the team's capabilities
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 7+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
- Experience in the telecommunications or retail industry is a plus
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and an understanding of statistical software (e.g., R, Python, SQL)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong leadership, mentorship, and team-building skills
