The Boeing Company is looking for a Business Operations Specialist who will work closely with the BCA Airplane Programs leadership team and BCA Business Operations leadership team. This dynamic and fast paced position is responsible for the Management System integration across programs and functions.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Support BCA Airplane Programs and Business Operations Management System ensuring integration vertically and horizontally across programs and functions
  • Support integration of Airplane Programs and Business Operations decision making processes and operating rhythm
  • Support integration of Airplane Programs Key Performance Indicators including linking data analytics, dashboards, and existing operational metrics to performance measurement
  • Integrate between functional support teams and program teams to address inter-dependencies of various initiatives
  • Coordinate and support Airplane Programs Senior Vice President and Business Operations Vice President internal and external engagements

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Minimum 5 years of experience integrating complex business plan elements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Experience collaborating across multiple functions
  • Proven ability to execute on commitments
  • Ability to articulate and appreciate linking the lifecycle of the business across all functions and time horizons

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $95,700 - $111,860
