Job Responsibilities
- Maintain a detailed understanding of the bank's policies, compliance programs, and regulatory requirements including, but not limited to, customer feedback and complaints, social media, E-SIGN, UDAAP, and other related governance expectations.
- Partner with business line teams to implement policy, compliance, and governance requirements into business processes and procedures.
- Support the administration and execution of First Line Risk & Controls governance programs and risk management activities.
- Assist in the development, implementation, maintenance, and periodic review of governance standards, procedures, job aids, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate document review, approval, publication, distribution, and version control activities with business stakeholders.
- Maintain governance inventories, repositories, records, and related program documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist the Business Risk & Controls Program Manager in preparing reports, tracking initiatives, and monitoring the status of outstanding actions and commitments.
- Collaborate with business partners and governance stakeholders to promote consistent application of governance processes and timely completion of required activities.
- Support recurring governance activities, reviews, monitoring, committee activities, and reporting cycles.
- Identify and support opportunities for governance program enhancements, process improvements, and operational efficiencies.
- Assist with governance-related communications, training materials, and awareness initiatives.
- Support special projects, strategic initiatives, and other activities related to risk and control governance.
- Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank’s compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks

Experience
- Minimum 2 Years Experience financial services industry preferably in project/program management, risk management, compliance, internal audit, quality control/assurance, or an operations function.
- Minimum 2 years Experience working with reporting and automation for process improvement and efficiencies

Minimum travel expected.
Physical Requirements
This position must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time, constantly operate a computer, and be able to be in constant communication with coworkers.
Schedule
Typical office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. This position is fully remote.
