The Business Services Specialist II is an integration and training coordinator responsible for scheduling web-based training sessions. The Business Services Specialist II will work with dealer clients to efficiently schedule training sessions with our Stockwave Training and Provision Conquest Training teams. Must have the ability to quickly adapt to new processes in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task are required. A professional demeanor is essential as well as excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and excellent customer service.
What You'll Do
  • Manages centralized schedules for all the Stockwave Trainings and assists with Provision Conquest New User Trainings for the vAuto Wholesale department. This includes training activity by client type i.e., strategic accounts, groups etc.
  • Create new accounts in the backend application and connects some third-party integrations for certain customer types.
  • Manage scheduling mass client training sessions/webinars as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service and promptly respond to inquiries from employees, management, and clients.
  • Provide feedback on areas of potential improvement to ensure effective flow.

Who You Are
Minimum:
  • High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and up to 1 year of experience.
  • Experience in scheduling client training activities preferred.
  • Strong customer service focus.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast paced, results driven environment.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Proven time management, problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Must have strong analytical skills.
  • Must be fluent in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience using CRM tool like Salesforce

Preferred:
  • Associates degree.

USD 16.15 - 24.23 per hour
Compensation:
Hourly base pay rate is $16.15 - $24.23/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
Benefits:
Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
