Are you passionate about solving problems with technology? CSI is looking for a

Business Solutions Developer to join our agile development team. In this role, you’ll help internal teams work smarter by building tools, workflows, and integrations that improve how we operate and deliver services.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.

  • Build and support low-code/no-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dynamics 365).

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with existing systems and APIs.

  • Participate in code reviews, documentation, and agile ceremonies.

  • Continuously learn and apply new technologies and best practices.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field—or equivalent experience.

  • 1+ year of experience in software development (e.g., C#, JavaScript, Python, or similar).

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
