We are hiring a Business Sourcer to help build the teams driving Fetch’s growth, partnerships, operations, and business strategy.
This role is responsible for identifying and engaging top talent across Sales, GTM, Finance, and business functions, with an emphasis on building proactive pipelines for high-impact roles. You will partner with Recruiters and leaders to understand where the business is headed, translate that into thoughtful search strategies, and connect Fetch with talent that can help move the company forward.
The right person for this role brings strong market judgment, creative sourcing instincts, and the ability to uncover talent beyond the most obvious paths. This is an opportunity to play a meaningful role in how Fetch hires across functions that directly influence growth, execution, and long-term scale.
This is a Full-Time Contractor (FTC) position that can be based in one of our US offices or remotely within the United States.
Role Responsibilities
- Build targeted pipelines across business-critical functions, including Sales, GTM, Marketing, Strategy, Operations, Finance, Legal, People, and other corporate areas as needed
- Partner with Recruiters and hiring leaders to clarify role priorities, candidate profiles, and target talent markets
- Translate evolving business needs into focused sourcing strategies and talent maps
- Identify, engage, and nurture passive talent for high-priority searches
- Surface strong candidates from both expected and non-obvious backgrounds, industries, and competitor sets
- Bring insight into market dynamics, talent movement, compensation trends, and competitive hiring landscapes
- Develop compelling, tailored outreach that resonates with high-performing candidates
- Help improve pipeline quality by continuously refining search criteria, outreach strategy, and sourcing channels
- Use sourcing tools, data, and AI-enabled workflows to increase efficiency and improve search effectiveness
- Represent Fetch in the market with professionalism, clarity, and a strong understanding of our value proposition
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of sourcing experience supporting business, Sales, Finance, GTM, or corporate roles
- Demonstrated success building pipelines for competitive, high-impact searches
- Strong understanding of how business functions and talent profiles align with company performance and growth
- Ability to assess candidate quality beyond titles and company logos
- Strong written communication skills and experience creating differentiated outreach
- Ability to work through ambiguity and translate broad role direction into actionable sourcing strategies
- Experience partnering effectively with recruiters and stakeholders across multiple functions
- Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools; Gem experience strongly preferred
- High ownership, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Interest in using AI and new tools to improve speed, precision, and effectiveness
