Are you excited about aligning the IT service management with business goals and value client success?
We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst for our Denver branch located in any of the following cities, including Denver, Dallas or Houston to deliver consultative services directly to our client projects and build relationships with client stakeholders.
A Day in the Life:
- Perform needs analysis, gather, and analyze business and technical requirements, and provide recommendations for solutions and business process modifications
- Work with technical teams to turn end-user and business requirements into solution design and implementation plans
- Develop test plans for business applications/users and locations, act as the interface between the program and technical teams
- Consider change management implications for implementation of new processes and strategize
- Work with the business to understand and outline the impacted processes and business requirements
- Provide detailed documentation including business requirements documents and plans to organizational and adoption plans including communications and training materials to guide the deployment of the solution to the end-users
- Collect and manage test case documentation
- Manage stakeholder needs, especially when conflicting, to drive stakeholders to a consensus
- Manage and verify the fulfillment of requirements through testing, quality assurance, and pilots
- Analyze data and provide reports as required
What You Bring:
- 8+ years of experience as a business systems analyst with understanding of ITSM platforms
- Experience with testing and providing technical guidance with ServiceNow
- Identify and clarify business outcomes to be solved through the use of ServiceNow application features
- Strong customer service focus with the proven ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members, stakeholders, and management
- Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships with all levels of the organization through intuitive business insight and personal credibility; this includes the ability to make recommendations and influence outcomes
- IT methodology and/or process implementation background

- ITILv4 Foundation; ITIL v4 Specialist; CSA; PMI-PBA
- ServiceNow certifications - CSA, CIS, CMA
