About Us:

Notion helps you build beautiful tools for your life’s work. In today's world of endless apps and tabs, Notion provides one place for teams to get everything done, seamlessly connecting docs, notes, projects, calendar, and email—with AI built in to find answers and automate work. Millions of users, from individuals to large organizations like Toyota, Figma, and OpenAI, love Notion for its flexibility and choose it because it helps them save time and money.

In-person collaboration is essential to Notion's culture. We require all team members to work from our offices on Mondays and Thursdays, our designated Anchor Days. Certain teams or positions may require additional in-office workdays.

About The Role

As a Business Systems Analyst for Go To Market Systems, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how Notion’s revenue organization operates and scales. You will partner closely with Sales, RevOps, CX, and BizTech leadership to architect the next generation of our GTM technology stack, integrating automation, data, and AI powered workflows to help teams operate smarter and faster.

This is a strategic and high impact role where you will combine systems architecture thinking, process design, and product intuition to unlock business efficiency. You will lead cross functional initiatives, mentor other BSAs, and help define how Notion uses AI and automation to transform the way our business teams work.

What You’ll Achieve
  • Design and deliver the GTM Systems Strategy by defining a long term roadmap that scales Notion’s sales and customer success operations through process design, automation, and intelligent tooling

  • Lead large scale initiatives from discovery through delivery including business process design, technical configuration, integration, testing, and enablement

  • Drive AI and automation adoption by partnering with BizTech’s AI Transformation group to embed AI driven insights and copilots into sales workflows, surfacing recommendations and automating repetitive tasks

  • Enable scalable revenue operations by designing systems that support efficient lead to revenue processes, improving forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility, and data quality

  • Act as a trusted business partner to RevOps, Sales, and CX leadership to translate strategy into scalable system solutions

  • Mentor and elevate the team by guiding BSAs on architecture practices, stakeholder management, and effective solution design

  • Build long term system governance through documentation, data standards, and ongoing optimization to ensure reliability and maintainability

Skills You’ll Need to Bring
  • 6 to 8 years of experience as a Sales or GTM Business Systems Analyst, Solution Architect, or similar role

  • Deep understanding of Salesforce and the broader sales technology ecosystem such as Outreach, Gong, Clay and Gainsight, including integrations and automation

  • Proven ability to design scalable GTM processes and translate complex business requirements into clear system solutions

  • Strong technical and analytical skills with comfort working on data models, API based integrations, and workflow automation

  • Excellent communication and influence skills with the ability to build alignment across both business and technical teams

  • Experience implementing or driving adoption of AI powered tools or large language model based systems to improve business operations

  • A strong sense of ownership and action orientation while balancing strategy with execution

Nice to Have
  • Salesforce Admin or Advanced Admin certification

  • Experience with Gainsight or similar customer success platforms

  • Familiarity with AI copilots, workflow automation, or system intelligence tools such as OpenAI, Workato, Tray, or Notion AI

  • Experience working in a rapidly scaling SaaS or upmarket environment

  • Prior experience mentoring or leading within a BizTech or RevOps team

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
