Technology Associate Principal - CLM/CPQ
The Tech Associate Principal - Contracting Systems is responsible for scaling the Quote to Cash (Q2C) practice by building on existing work in CLM, CPQ, modeling and operations and expanding into new/underdeveloped areas within Value & Access tech. This person will leverage their business expertise, analytic skills, and technology implementation experience to lead initiatives that help clients mitigate issues in revenue leakage, contract operations and compliance.

What You'll Do -
- Lead large-scale client business development and delivery engagements in the life sciences industry (pharmaceutical and/or medical device sector);
- Build on existing work in CLM, CPQ, modeling and operations to drive recurring revenue and long-term client engagement;
- Expand into new/underdeveloped areas within Value & Access tech, focusing on pharma, MedTech, and life science clients,
- Demonstrate deep life sciences industry sector knowledge with a functional expertise across multiple aspects of contracting;
- Consistently deliver quality client services and drive high-quality work products within expected time frames and on budget;
- Monitor progress, manage risk, and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes;
- Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business;
- Effectively lead and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds.
What You'll Bring -
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, MIS, IT, or another related discipline. MBA preferred;
- 15+ years of relevant consulting-industry experience in pharmaceutical and/or medical device leading multiple medium-large scale process improvement and technology solution delivery engagements in the contracting space;
- Strong "hunter" mentality with demonstrated experience of proactively opening new business and building executive-level client relationships;
- Broad understanding of Contracts and Contracting functions including Master Data Management (MDM), Configure/Price/Quote (CPQ), Contract Life Cycle Management (CLM), Commercial Contracting (Chargebacks and Managed Care), Government Contracting (Medicaid, Government Pricing), Tender Management, Reference Pricing and Gross to Net;
- Demonstrated experience in implementing multiple Contracting platform(s) - Salesforce, Conga, Model N - Powered by N, Model N - Flex, Vistex, I-Cyte, Malbek or others;
- Characteristics of a forward thinker and self-starter that thrives on new challenges and adapts quickly to learning new knowledge.
