Join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of others! We are looking for a Business Transformation Program Manager for our Technology team.

This role is remote with potential travel to our main office in Long Island, NY and/or the FreedomCare hub closest to you.

Department & Position Overview:

The Business Transformation Program Manageis a multi-faceted role that combines process improvement with program management.  

Working closely with our business leaders in support of the VP of Business Optimization, this position will identify and implement operational enhancements, and system transformations to maximize revenuecustomer experience and employee value.  

This role will drive continual improvement and operational efficiency by executing project deliverables and coordination of efforts amongst the enterprise operations. 

Every Day You Will:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to define, prioritize, and deliver strategic projects, ensuring efficient execution aligned with organizational goals. 
  • Serve as a trusted partner to both technical and business teams, educating stakeholders on project and program management best practices and bridging communication across technical and non-technical audiences. 
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including scope, objectives, justification, and execution plans.
  • Provide clear roadmaps, progress updates, and resource management insights to leadership to support informed decision-making and prioritization. Present strategic updates and outcomes to management and clients. 
  • Lead effective change management practices, partnering with stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate implementation of project changes while keeping all levels of stakeholders informed through accessible updates and communications. 
  • Create and refine Project Management Office (PMO) policies and processes to enhance efficiency and consistency across initiatives. 
  • Continuously evaluate projects and programs to ensure they meet FreedomCare’s quality standards and align with organizational objectives. 
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative business and market research to validate project opportunities and inform strategic direction. 
  • Analyze key performance indicators, financial data, and resource allocation to assess project success, manage risk, and identify areas for improvement. 

Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

  • Master’s in Business Administration, CS, Finance or Technology
  • Experience leading large scale projects; developing and implementing projects from idea to inception
  • Highly collaborative partner, that can influence change across many stakeholders. 
  • Ability to effectively evaluate operations, providing critical analysis of systems and processes, as they relate to the department and the organization and turn thoughts and ideas into tangible outcomes and opportunities that move the needle.
  • End to end solution-based thinker, problem solving top-level goals to operational and system details.
  • A high level of adaptability and experience leading change management, in a fast-paced environment, presenting a high degree of autonomy, ambiguity, and accountability. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to effectively cascade information across diverse target demographics internally and externally.  
  • Ability to represent FreedomCare holistically, with high emotional intelligence, empathy, and consciousness of end-user experiences (employees and customers).

At FreedomCare, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides our employees with the opportunity to professionally grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $125,000 and $140,000 per year at the commencement of your first year of employment. Compensation decisions are dependent upon a variety of factors which may include, but are not limited to: skill set, years of relevant experience, education, location, and licensure/certifications.
