Description

What you can expect in this role:
  • Be in the driver seat of the sales funnel: complete test drives, create offers, achieve order and sales goals, and deliver the vehicle
  • Be the main contact for your customer and maintain long-lasting relationships: Excite and advise customers on all aspects of the Cadillac ownership helping the customer select the right product configuration and purchase option
  • Master your customer database by contacting prospective buyers, doing comprehensive needs analysis and updating the CRM system
  • Develop a deep understanding of product features, sales, and service processes and use insights to refine the business
  • Be the product ambassadors and EV evangelists that represents Cadillacs values and vision by supporting local events and activate the local networks to generate leads and grow business
  • Mentor, onboard and coordinate junior levels, interns and external promoter staff

What you bring to this role:
  • Several years of premium/luxury retail sales, automotive experience is an advantage
  • B-Driver's license
  • Passion for EVs and Cadillac
  • Strong skills in communication, empathy, persuasiveness, and stress resistance
  • Hands-on and proactive mentality with the customer and teamwork always in focus
  • Flexibility to work from Monday - Saturday based on a five-day work week
  • Fluent in French and English language skills

Onsite - This role is categorized as onsite. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the store in Lyon on a full-time basis.
