About JamLoop
JamLoop (www.jamloop.com) is a high-performance, audience-first Connected TV (CTV) demand-side platform (DSP) that helps advertisers and agencies reach their audiences at scale with precision targeting and measurable outcomes. We simplify advanced TV buying by combining the efficiency of programmatic technology with the transparency, data, and service advertisers need to win.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Campaign Coordinator to support our growing self-serve business. In this role, you’ll process incoming self-serve orders, provide day-to-day support to Campaign Managers, and gain hands-on experience in CTV advertising.
This is an ideal role for someone looking to build a foundation in ad operations, programmatic media, or CTV/OTT—while working closely with experienced campaign managers and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Self-Serve Order Processing
  • Review and process new self-serve campaign submissions for accuracy and completeness
  • Ensure required assets (creatives, targeting details, budgets, flight dates) are correctly provided
  • Coordinate with Campaign Managers and Sales when clarification or corrections are needed
  • Monitor campaign delivery

  • Campaign Management Support
  • Support Campaign Managers with day-to-day tasks, including pacing checks, reporting pulls, and data processing
  • Help review campaign performance metrics such as reach, frequency, delivery, and attribution
  • Flag optimization opportunities or delivery issues for the team
  • Maintain internal documentation, trackers, and workflow checklists to ensure smooth operations

  • Client & Team Support
  • Assist with basic client questions related to campaign status, reporting, or platform navigation (under guidance of Campaign Managers)
  • Help prepare client-facing materials such as screenshots, performance summaries, FAQs, and one-pagers
  • Support training efforts by helping maintain updated resources and documentation in HubSpot or internal knowledge bases

  • Learning & Platform Expertise
  • Develop a strong understanding of JamLoop’s CTV DSP, including targeting, bidding, and analytics
  • Learn CTV/OTT industry fundamentals, including campaign workflow, inventory types, and measurement
  • Participate in product demos, internal trainings, and cross-team working sessions to deepen platform knowledge

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in digital media, advertising, marketing, operations, or similar (internships welcome)
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn client-facing best practices
  • Basic familiarity with digital advertising concepts (CTV/OTT a plus but not required)
  • Comfortable navigating dashboards, spreadsheets, or CRM tools; HubSpot experience is a plus
  • A collaborative, proactive mindset with interest in growing into advanced campaign execution roles

What You'll Gain
·        Hands-on experience in one of the fastest-growing areas of digital advertising
·        Exposure to CTV campaign strategy, performance analysis, and platform operations
·        Opportunities for growth into Campaign Manager or Client Success roles
·        A supportive team culture focused on learning, collaboration, and career growth
·        Flexibility and autonomy in a remote-first work environment

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
