Role Overview
As a Campaign Manager, you’ll be at the heart of Kyra’s client campaigns, driving seamless execution under the guidance of a Senior Campaign Manager. From casting creators and managing budgets to liaising with clients and analysing performance, your role is pivotal in ensuring campaign success.
You’ll work cross-functionally with Creator Partnerships, Strategy, and Paid Media teams to deliver campaigns that captivate audiences and exceed KPIs.

Location: Fully remote - candidate must be available to work standard EST hours.
🎥 Campaign Casting:
- Identify and onboard top-tier creators aligned with brand values and target audiences, supported by the Senior Campaign Manager.
- Oversee contract negotiations, collaborating with the legal team as needed.
- Use data-driven insights to evaluate creators and ensure measurable value for client campaigns.
- Maintain a detailed creator database with collaboration history and rates.
💰 Budget Management:
- Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Strategically negotiate talent costs to meet CPV targets while maintaining campaign integrity.
🗂️ Project Management:
- Lead complex, high-value campaigns, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Develop and manage detailed project timelines, coordinating with internal teams for seamless execution.
👥 Client Liaison and Approvals:
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, managing feedback and nurturing relationships throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Provide regular project updates and secure client approvals to ensure alignment.
📜 Creative Brief Execution:
- Lead briefing calls with creators, delivering clear instructions and addressing questions.
- Review creator submissions to ensure compliance with creative guidelines and FTC standards.
📈 Performance Analysis and Optimization:
- Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights for optimisation.
- Collaborate with Paid Media teams to align on targeting, objectives, and campaign enhancements.
