Position Overview

The Certification & Integration Manager will play a critical role in maintaining Clinch’s leadership position within the advertising ecosystem. This role requires deep technical expertise in creative, ad serving, and ad operations to manage certifications, troubleshoot, and ensure ongoing compliance with media partners such as DSPs, SSPs, publishers, and platforms, as well as data and measurement providers.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring Clinch’s platform, its features, APIs, and tags remain fully certified, compatible, and recognized by our ecosystem partners, while also driving new certifications and integration opportunities to strengthen our partner relationships.

Certification Management

  • Own the maintenance and renewal of Clinch’s certifications with major ecosystem partners (DSPs, SSPs, Publishers, and Platforms).
  • Develop and manage certification roadmaps to ensure Clinch remains current with partner requirements, updates, and industry standards.
  • Conduct in-depth testing, validation, and QA of certification criteria across ad formats, delivery, tracking, and measurement.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders (Sales, CX, Product, Engineering, AdOps) to meet certification deadlines and maintain good standing with partners.

Technical Expertise & Ad Serving Knowledge

  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on ad serving protocols
  • Apply strong AdOps experience to troubleshoot trafficking, discrepancies, and delivery issues during certification and integration testing.
  • Monitor evolving partner requirements, APIs, and ad standards to prepare Clinch’s platform for compliance proactively.

Integration & Partner Collaboration

  • Manage the technical integration lifecycle between Product and existing or new partners, including API specs, data flows, and feature validation.
  • Act as the central liaison with partners’ technical teams during certification and troubleshooting processes.
  • Build strong relationships with ecosystem partners to ensure Clinch remains a trusted and preferred platform.

Documentation & Enablement

  • Create and maintain internal documentation independently and, as applicable, with Product (certification playbooks, test cases, and troubleshooting guides).
  • Provide training and knowledge-sharing sessions for Sales, CX, and AdOps teams.

Continuous Improvement

  • Track performance and compliance KPIs related to certifications and integrations.
  • Recommend and implement enhancements to strengthen Clinch’s footprint in the partner ecosystem.
  • Ensure Clinch stays ahead of industry certification requirements (privacy, measurement, creative compliance, emerging formats).
