Job Responsibilities:
Any product modification initiated by the customer must be evaluated in terms of cost and time impact.
As a Change Coordinator you will be part of a team consisting of several highly skilled professionals. Based on your experience and know-how,
you ensure the effective implementation of change management tasks and align them with the desired goals.
Your Responsibilities
Transfer change action data from the customer system to our internal ICM system
Validate the content of change actions and prepare this data for internal evaluation
Coordinate the distribution of change actions across the ICM workflow, monitor progress, and promptly escalate any delays
Facilitate and coordinate internal meetings to resolve any change related issues, improve workflow efficiency and ensure
throughput times are met
Compile the evaluation results and communicate them to the customer in the specified format
Create reports to monitor evaluation progress throughout the change evaluation process
Who we are looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Management OR Engineering Degree
At least 2-5 years of relevant professional experience in the manufacturing industry (automotive preferred)
Good knowledge of MS Office
Fluent in English
Willingness to travel for training
Your preferred qualifications
Experience in manufacturing environment
Attention to detail and a strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Strong organizational and communication skills
Working experience within intercultural teams
Certified Change management Professional (CCMP) or Change Management Specialist (CMS
