Our client, a world leader in biotechnology and life sciences, is looking for a "Change Management for Org Effectiveness & AI Workforce Transformation(100% Remote)".

 

Job Duration: Long Term Contract (Possibility Of Extension)

Pay Rate : $86/hr on W2

Support enterprise-wide change management initiatives focused on AI adoption, workforce transformation, and organizational effectiveness. Partner with stakeholders to develop and execute change strategies, communications, adoption plans, and enablement materials that drive successful implementation of AI-related initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute change management plans, communications, stakeholder engagement strategies, and adoption materials for AI transformation initiatives.
  • Support programs related to AI policy, governance, enterprise capability-building, and workforce transformation.
  • Create business-friendly content that translates complex AI and technical concepts into clear, actionable messaging.
  • Enable AI Champion networks through targeted communications, training materials, and adoption tools.
  • Coach and support change managers to ensure consistent application of change management methodologies across AI initiatives.
  • Support change adoption metrics, dashboard reporting, and data collection activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive engagement, readiness, and sustained adoption of new ways of working.

 

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of change management experience, preferably within life sciences, healthcare, or biopharma.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale organizational change and enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Experience supporting technology, digital, and/or AI-enabled transformation programs.
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse business audiences.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments with changing priorities.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting AI policy, governance, regulatory compliance, or technology rollouts.
  • Experience driving behavioral, cultural, and ways-of-working transformations.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or similar platforms.
  • Change Management Certification preferred (Prosci®, CCMP).
