Tune Energy is an energy tech company that is impacting the world of energy, and our team is looking for a seasoned Channel Manager who brings an established portfolio of channel partner relationships and a proven track record of driving revenue through those partnerships.
Tune's energy solutions are a huge differentiator from any other channel program in the market. You will be offering solutions, no other company offers (no direct competition) with a proven playbook on how to go from intro to close. Partners challenged with numerous commincation solutions redirect their energy into a the Energy Tech space.
About youThis is a high-impact, high-reward channel management role focused on activating and growing revenue through your existing network of channel partners. It's designed for someone who already has trusted relationships, knows how to mobilize partners quickly, and can hit the ground running from day one. You'll be backed by a strong product, tight enablement, and a compensation plan built to reward wins.
What you’ll do and how you’ll have an impact- Leverage your established network of channel partners to accelerate Tune Energy's market presence and revenue growth
- Develop and execute channel strategies that deepen existing partner relationships and expand into adjacent markets
- Train and enable Channel Partners on Tune's selling strategies, value propositions, and product offerings
- Monitor and optimize partner performance, including tracking trends, measuring program effectiveness, and coaching partners toward higher results
- Deliver against sales targets by driving consistent partner engagement and pipeline activity
- Report on sales progress, partner health, and customer follow-up in weekly meetings
- Manage leads and pipeline across your partner network, ensuring strong funnel discipline
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records within the CRM on a daily basis
- Generate quotes per Tune's normalized pricing structure within the CRM
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills — able to articulate Tune's Energy Tech solutions and inspire confidence across partner organizations and executive audiences
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets through channel partner networks
- Established portfolio of channel partner relationships in the energy sector or adjacent industries, with the ability to activate those partnerships quickly
- Proven ability to cultivate, deepen, and manage long-term partner relationships —not just build them, but make them produce
- Strong collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally across sales, marketing, enablement, and technical teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms — Salesforce strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
