The Channel Sales Manager is a high-impact, revenue-driving role at the center of Lytx’s growth strategy. You’ll fuel aggressive sales expansion by building powerful relationships with channel partners and staying deeply connected to end customers. This is a fast-paced, field-focused role for a consultative seller who thrives on collaboration, ownership, and closing meaningful deals that solve real customer challenges.
You’ll act as the strategic connector between partners, customers, and internal teams—aligning partner strategies with Lytx’s vision to maximize market penetration, accelerate pipeline, and win together.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the Partner & Customer Experience: Be in the field (virtually or in person) alongside channel partners and end users—uncovering opportunities, solving customer problems, and advancing deals across every stage of the funnel.
Drive Revenue, Together: Lead joint sales execution with partners, including prospecting, co-selling, and end-user meetings. You’ll orchestrate the full sales motion to consistently exceed ambitious growth and revenue targets.
Deliver Measurable Results: Build and execute data-driven sales plans that hold partners accountable to performance goals. Track pipeline health, forecast accurately, and continuously optimize strategies to accelerate revenue.
Collaborate to Win: Partner closely with marketing, partner development, technical teams, and other stakeholders to launch high-impact initiatives that increase brand awareness, sharpen competitive positioning, and drive demand.
Enable & Inspire Partners: Run compelling sales presentations and enablement sessions that empower partners to confidently articulate the value of Lytx solutions and win with customers.
Navigate Channel Complexity: Proactively manage and resolve channel conflict, ensuring clear alignment with engagement rules while fostering a healthy, high-performing partner ecosystem.
Expand the Market: Identify new verticals and growth opportunities, developing go-to-market strategies that expand Lytx’s footprint through a powerful mix of partner-led and direct customer engagement.
Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience in channel sales or business development within the fleet telematics industry.
Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles, engaging both partners and end users to secure business.
Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills, with a proven ability to motivate and align stakeholders across diverse teams.
Expertise in building and executing account plans, forecasting accurately, and delivering measurable results.
Track record of exceeding sales quotas and achieving growth through direct and partner-driven sales models.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
Ability to travel up to 50%, if needed

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring salary for this position is:
