Vantor is seeking an experienced Chief of Analysis to lead intelligence production and analytical operations in support of defense and national security missions in the GCC. The Chief of Analysis serves as the senior leader responsible for the day-to-day management, oversight, and execution of intelligence analysis activities across the organization.

The successful candidate will provide leadership, mentorship, and quality assurance for multidisciplinary analytical teams while ensuring intelligence products meet the highest standards of accuracy, relevance, and operational value. This role serves as the primary liaison with military leadership and is responsible for directing analytical efforts, establishing priorities, conducting executive briefings, and coordinating with senior stakeholders to support mission success.

Working Conditions

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the overall day-to-day operations of the intelligence analysis and Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) division.
  • Direct and prioritize analytical activities to ensure alignment with operational requirements, intelligence priorities, and strategic objectives.
  • Provide tasking, guidance, mentorship, and professional development to subordinate analysts and analytical team leads.
  • Establish and enforce analytical tradecraft standards, quality assurance processes, and best practices across the organization.
  • Review, validate, and approve intelligence products, assessments, reports, and briefings prior to dissemination.
  • Serve as the primary interface with military commanders, senior government officials, and organizational leadership.
  • Conduct executive-level briefings and presentations on intelligence findings, operational developments, and strategic assessments.
  • Coordinate meetings and collaboration efforts with peers, subordinate teams, senior leaders, and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee the integration of multiple intelligence disciplines and collection activities, including GEOINT, ISR, OSINT, POL/MIL, and All-Source Analysis.
  • Support mission planning, operational assessments, collection management activities, and strategic decision-making processes.
  • Ensure intelligence operations comply with applicable security requirements, operational procedures, and organizational standards.
  • Foster a culture of analytical excellence, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent degree in Political Science, Military Science, Intelligence Studies, Operational Research, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience leading military analytic teams in joint operational environments.
  • Prior experience establish multi-source analytic teams
  • Demonstrated experience managing intelligence production, analytical operations, and multidisciplinary intelligence teams.
  • Extensive experience supporting military operations, intelligence organizations, or national security missions.
  • Proven ability to lead large analytical organizations and deliver intelligence products to senior decision-makers.
  • Strong understanding of intelligence analysis methodologies, intelligence fusion processes, and operational planning.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience briefing senior military and government leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting NATO, U.S., Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), or allied military and defense organizations.
  • Experience leading intelligence operations within joint headquarters, intelligence fusion centers, or operational command environments.
  • Knowledge of Middle East and North Africa (MENA) regional security dynamics and military operations.
  • Experience overseeing GEOINT, ISR, OSINT, All-Source Fusion, and Political-Military analysis functions.
  • Advanced military education, intelligence leadership training, or professional military education credentials.
  • Foreign language proficiency, particularly Arabic.
  • Experience supporting strategic planning, contingency operations, and defense modernization initiatives.
