Essential Responsibilities
- Manages budgets and coordinates with contractors, suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders within the AI organization. Applies sound functional judgment to address moderately complex, interdependent initiatives, drawing on technical expertise and relevant business inputs to recommend solutions.
- Supports cross functional decision making across technology, product, regulatory, legal, and security partners to ensure alignment within AI programs and timely issue resolution.
- Drives operating rhythm for AI initiatives within scope, including portfolio tracking, milestone reviews, and coordination across impacted segments to maintain execution discipline.
- Identifies gaps within the AI operating model and recommends improvements to processes, talent alignment, and execution effectiveness within assigned programs or functional areas.
- Acts as a subject matter resource within the team, leading small to medium scale Science & Technology Organization and AI initiatives with defined risk and resource parameters. Communicates complex concepts clearly, influences peers toward alignment, and supports consensus building across stakeholders.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and 6+ or more years of project management experience; or an associate degree and minimum 8 years of Project Management experience.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated experience working independently and prioritize multiple priorities to meet scheduled completion dates and customer expectations.
- Demonstrated experience working with and influencing team members to achieve mutual goals.
- Experience with large-scale project management requirements where deadlines are met on or ahead of schedule.

- Expert with MS: Suite including Power Point, Excel and Word.
- Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Lean/Six Sigma certification.
- Deep understanding of GE Healthcare processes, products and services.
