Why does this role exist?
This role exists to design, build, and maintain Claude-powered, employee-facing AI agents that streamline internal workflows across intake, case management, documentation, and communications. By integrating the firm’s tools, CRMs, and data systems, the Claude AI Specialist will reduce manual work, increase accuracy and reliability, and accelerate turnaround times. The hire enables scalable, secure, and well-documented automations that evolve with team feedback and operational needs.
The Impact you’ll make
AI Agent Design & Development
- Design, build, and deploy Claude-based, employee-facing AI agents for internal workflows
- Implement multi-step agent logic, tool/function calling, and retrieval where needed
- Configure prompts, guardrails, and role-specific behaviors for legal operations
Integrations & Automation
- Integrate CRMs, Slack, project management platforms, and internal databases via APIs/webhooks
- Build and maintain automations with Zapier, Make (Integromat), and n8n
- Orchestrate and secure cross-system workflows, including authentication and permissions
Quality, Monitoring & Optimization
- Test, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues, bugs, and workflow failures
- Monitor agent outputs/logs; tune prompts and parameters to improve accuracy and reliability
- Implement evaluation checks and continuous improvement loops based on user feedback
Collaboration & Enablement
- Partner with leadership and staff to map needs, prioritize use cases, and build tailored solutions
- Document systems, workflows, and SOPs for scale and handoff
- Enable employees through clear playbooks and light training on agent use
Governance, Security & Compliance
- Ensure agents and integrations follow data privacy, confidentiality, and access controls
- Maintain versioning/change logs for integrations and workflows
- Stay current on advancements in Claude, LLMs, APIs, and automation tools
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:
- Expert-level experience with Claude and AI agent development
- Proven track record integrating tools via APIs and webhooks; building multi-step autonomous workflows
- Strong coding skills in Python and/or JavaScript for integrations and custom logic
- Hands-on experience with automation platforms (Zapier, Make/Integromat, n8n) and workflow orchestration
