$2,750/month + $200 Claude Max subscription (from your funds)
Duration: 1 month

The opportunity most people miss

The engineers who will dominate the next decade aren't the ones with the best CS degree. They're the ones who learned to build with AI at production speed before everyone else figured it out.

Right now, the best way to learn Claude Code is to use it 10-12 hours/day on a real product with real specs, real users, and real revenue. Not a tutorial. Not a side project. A production codebase where your commits actually ship.

That's what we're offering.

What you're buying

One month of full-time, production-grade Claude Code training on a real B2B SaaS product.

You're not paying for a course. You're paying for access to:

  • A real product with 17 detailed specs. Every API endpoint, every database table, every Edge Function defined. You won't waste time figuring out what to build — you'll spend every hour building.
  • Daily feedback from a founder who lives in Claude Code. Not weekly check-ins. Daily PR reviews, daily async feedback on your code, your prompting patterns, your architecture decisions.
  • Pattern tasks designed for rapid skill building. You'll build destination adapters, CLI commands, MCP tools, UI pages, integration tests — each following a documented pattern. By week 2, you'll be shipping features that would take a traditional junior developer a month.
  • The full AI engineering stack. Supabase, Next.js, n8n, Stripe, CopilotKit, Cloudflare Workers, PostHog — not in isolation, but as an integrated production system.
  • A portfolio of real, merged PRs. Not homework. Not demo projects. Real code running in a real product used by real customers.

What your month looks like

Week 1: Setup + First Patterns

  • Day 1: Claude Code setup (MCPs, plugins, skills), read product specs, clone repos
  • Days 2-5: Build your first 5 destination adapters from our spec. Each takes 2-4 hours. You'll learn: reading specs, prompting Claude Code, writing tests, creating PRs, handling feedback.

Week 2: Speed + Independence

  • Build 10+ more adapters, CLI commands, or MCP tools
  • You should be shipping 2-3 PRs/day by mid-week
  • Start writing integration tests for Edge Functions

Week 3: Complexity

  • Build UI pages (Next.js + shadcn/ui) from Magic Patterns designs
  • Wire UI to Supabase PostgREST
  • Build n8n signal source workflows

Week 4: Full Autonomy

  • Pick tasks from the execution plan and deliver them independently
  • Code review your own work before submitting (Claude Code /review)
  • You should be indistinguishable from a full-time team member by now

Why $2,750 is a bargain

Compare this to:

  • Coding bootcamp: $15,000-$20,000 for 3 months of toy projects with 30 other students and one overwhelmed instructor
  • CS degree: $50,000+/year for theoretical knowledge and zero production experience
  • "AI engineering" online course: $500-2,000 for pre-recorded videos that are outdated by the time you finish

Here you get: 1:1 daily feedback, production codebase, real shipping experience, Claude Max ($200/mo tool), and a direct path to Level 2 (free, full-time, 6 months).

The real ROI

After one month, you will:

  • Have 30+ merged PRs in a production B2B SaaS codebase
  • Know Claude Code at an expert level (MCPs, plugins, skills, hooks, slash commands)
  • Understand Supabase, Edge Functions, Next.js, and Stripe in production — not in tutorials
  • Have "Claude Code Engineer at Unstuck Engine" on your LinkedIn
  • Have a recommendation from the CEO if you performed well
  • Be eligible for Level 2 Apprenticeship (6 months, free, full-time)

Who this is for

  • Recent CS/bootcamp graduates who want real production experience
  • Career switchers who learned to code and need their first real project
  • Junior developers stuck in boring jobs who want to level up fast
  • Anyone who's been using Claude Code on side projects and wants to go full-time with it

Who this is NOT for

  • People who have never written code before (learn basics first, then come back)
  • People who want to "learn at their own pace" (this is 10-12 hrs/day, 7 days/week)
  • People who expect us to teach them JavaScript from scratch (you need basics — Claude Code handles the rest)

To apply

  1. Record a 2-minute Loom: open Claude Code, build anything (a component, an API endpoint, a test), and show us your prompting speed
  2. Tell us in 3 sentences why you want to build with Claude Code full-time for a month
  3. Confirm you can commit $2,750 + $200 (Claude Max) and 10-12 hours/day for 30 days

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
