About UsAdvanced Access Staff is a trusted staffing and immigration solutions agency specializing in healthcare, logistics, construction, cleaning, hospitality, agriculture, workforce development, and AI and Tech. We connect employers with skilled candidates and support businesses with LMIA, immigration, and compliance processes across Canada and the USA.
We are seeking a Client Acquisition Specialist to drive growth by building strong employer relationships, generating new business opportunities, and helping us expand into new industries and regions.
Identify and target potential clients (Canada & USA employers in healthcare, logistics, construction, hospitality, and related industries).
Develop and execute outreach strategies (calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking).
Present Advanced Access Staff’s staffing & immigration solutions to decision-makers.
Manage the full client acquisition cycle: prospecting → pitching → negotiating → onboarding.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads in Zoho Recruit/CRM.
Collaborate with recruiters to align client needs with candidate pools.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly acquisition targets.
Provide regular reports on client activity, pipeline status, and market feedback.
Requirements
Proven experience in business development, client acquisition, or sales (staffing/immigration industry experience preferred).
Strong understanding of staffing solutions, temporary help, or recruitment services.
Familiarity with Canadian LMIA processes or U.S. staffing/immigration programs (asset, but not mandatory).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently with remote tools (CRM, Zoom, email automation).
Highly organized, target-driven, and comfortable managing multiple accounts.
Bilingual (English + French/Spanish/Creole) is an asset.
