Harbor is seeking a seasoned professional with a passion for client success, project execution and team leadership to join our Managed Services team in the role of Client Manager - Data Quality.  In this role, you will lead internal Data Quality teams and serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring successful delivery of services, consistent communication, and long-term satisfaction. You will also have a key role in fostering internal growth, operational excellence, and upholding our firm values.  This is a 100% remote position that can be worked from anywhere in the United States. 

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Manage and deliver high-quality Data Quality service projects from start to finish. 
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, from technical staff to executive stakeholders. 
  • Conduct client meetings to identify needs and set project plans. 
  • Develop and maintain documentation including Style Guides and Success Steps. 
  • Provide weekly status reports to clients and ensure project updates are reflected in all internal systems. 
  • Assign and balance workload across Data Quality team members to ensure full utilization. 
  • Support Quality Specialists and provide real-time availability for team support. 
  • Lead team operations including relationship building, time-off management, monthly or quarterly team calls, and disciplinary processes when necessary. 
  • Maintain consistent, clear communication with internal and client stakeholders.
Required Qualifications: 
  • 5+ years of experience supporting legal marketing, with a clear understanding of client success factors 
  • Proficient in a legal CRM system, either InterAction or DealCloud 
  • Strong business and client success mindset, particularly in the legal industry 
  • Committed to professional growth—both personally and for the team 
  • Team-oriented, with a focus on mentorship, skill-building, and supporting others’ success 
  • Technically proficient in legal software systems and tools 
  • Passionate about developing talent through coaching and guidance 
  • Excellent multitasking and project management skills 
  • Strong written communication, with experience creating client-facing documentation 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • Proven experience managing multiple simultaneous projects
