Job Description
 
We are seeking a Client Marketing Manager to enhance our collaboration with clients. This person will use their expertise in marketing and client engagement strategies to support Included Health's goals of maintaining and growing our client relationships. This role works at the intersection of Corporate Marketing and Communications, The Client Organization (TCO), Consumer Marketing, Enablement, and Product to ensure our clients have the tools they need to maximize the value of their IH investment and understand the value of continued and expanded partnership.
 
The Client Marketing Manager will develop marketing programs that complement and enhance The Client Organization's service approach and tasks. The ideal candidate is capable of both visionary thinking and paying attention to details.  The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on.  They should excel at building scalable, programmatic approaches that serve all clients, while also creating capacity to customize for the unique needs of specific, strategic accounts.
 
The Client Marketing Manager will sit on the Corporate Marketing team while working in close partnership with TCO Leadership. This person will be in charge of organizing and executing new marketing campaigns to engage leaders within our client organizations. They will think deeply about the client journey to determine key moments in the lifecycle to celebrate, articulate value, build rapport, and earn trust. They will oversee client communication in response to unanticipated incidents, issues or opportunities. They will also create focused marketing strategies for significant sales opportunities to support TCO in their upsell goals. The Client Marketing Manager will report to the Sr Director of Corporate Marketing to define, operationalize, and measure the success of the client marketing program in service of IH’s broader Client Service Delivery and Growth Priorities.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
Client Health & Insights
 
 
Partner with the Client Organization to understand the health of client relationships, identifying marketing opportunities, risks and needed retention interventions.
 
Translate client feedback and market insights into actionable B2B marketing strategies, content, and campaigns.
 
 
Client Communications & Incident Response
 
 
Define and create lifecycle content to celebrate and engage clients at key moments in their partnership with Included Health - implementation, go-live, first milestones reached, year in review, etc.  Consider how executive sponsors can be leveraged in the engagements.
 
Develop client communication plans in response to external crises, market news, unanticipated delivery issues, and Included Health announcements. Partner with TCO on delivery strategy and deployment.
 
 
Growth & Upsell Strategies and Campaigns
 
 
Execute key event planning moments to engage clients at industry and IH-hosted moments.  Manage and deliver a post-event activation strategy to build off in-person momentum and drive additional conversations with key clients.
 
Manage account-based strategy for top upsell pursuits to better inform and engage our clients with thought leadership and content relevant to their needs, their context, and our existing partnership.
 
Manage quality and consistency across touchpoints so clients experience a clear, unified narrative aligned with the client segmentation service delivery model.
 
 
Client Storytelling
 
 
Surface compelling opportunities for clients to share their Included Health experience and impact (e.g., case studies, testimonials, speaking engagements).
 
Partner with clients to highlight success stories that can be amplified across broader go-to-market channels.
 
 
 
Qualifications
 
 
8+ years of experience in marketing, communications, client success, content strategy, or related roles.
 
Demonstrated ability to create compelling and high-quality client-facing content that balances detail with clarity.
 
Robust interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build relationships and work proficiently cross-functionally with client organizations, operations, product, and other teams.
 
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on deadlines.
 
Exemplary written, visual, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
 
Experience in digital health and/or employer benefits.
 
Proficient in using the Google and/or Microsoft Suite of products.
 
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA a plus.
 
 
Physical/Cognitive Requirements
 
Prompt and regular attendance at assigned work location. Ability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate keyboard, computer and other office-related equipment.

The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are:
Zone A: $85,320.00 - $110,910.00 + equity + benefits
Zone B: $93,852.00 - $122,001.00 + equity + benefits
Zone C: $102,384.00 - $133,092.00 + equity + benefits
Zone D: $110,916.00 - $144,183.00 + equity + benefits

This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for candidates based on their respective Zone. Below is additional information on Included Health's commitment to maintaining transparent and equitable compensation practices across our distinct geographic zones.

Starting base salary for you will depend on several job-related factors, unique to each candidate, which may include education; training; skills; years and depth of experience; certifications and licensure; our needs; internal peer equity; organizational considerations; and understanding of geographic and market data. Compensation structures and ranges are tailored to each zone's unique market conditions to ensure that all employees receive fair and great compensation package based on their roles and locations.
