As a leader in the Salesforce ecosystem, we help companies manage their implementation processes, drive greater efficiencies, and create unmatched client relationships.

About the role:

The Client Partner helps position Kicksaw as a leader in Salesforce consulting and plays an important role in the success of Kicksaw’s client relationships and implementations. What the Client Partner will do:

  • Proactively engage with Salesforce AEs, building trust and rapport through regular communication, hosting events, on-site or in-office visits, QBR's and other activities associated with partner selling as well as a deep understanding of their client's needs
  • Clearly communicate the value proposition of Kicksaw's solutions and how they can benefit both the AE's clients and Salesforce AEs
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to leverage co-marketing efforts and generate leads that resonate with Salesforce AEs and their clients
  • Work closely with the Account Management and Delivery teams to ensure a smooth handover for successful client onboarding
  • Develop and execute a personalized outreach strategy for each Salesforce AE, tailoring the approach to their specific client base and areas of focus
  • Exceed assigned quotas for qualified referrals and closed won opportunities generated through Salesforce partnerships
  • Track and analyze referral activity to identify areas for improvement and optimize partnership strategies
  • Some travel may be required - 10-15%

The right candidate will have:

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the technology sector
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and generating qualified leads
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle and the ability to navigate all stages effectively
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with key decision-makers
  • Experience and understanding of partner ecosystems, particularly Salesforce and its AE structure
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively qualify leads and manage a sales pipeline
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is required
  • Health and Life Sciences (HLS) experience is strongly preferred

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
