We’re seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to serve as the quarterback for ultra-high-net-worth clients. This role is client-facing and fast-paced, acting as an embedded partner in managing the financial and day-to-day aspects of clients’ lives. The CRM is responsible for anticipating needs, driving execution, and ensuring seamless coordination across accounting, advisory, and external partners.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for UHNW clients, managing day-to-day financial and coordinating administrative needs
Oversee cash management, bill pay, and money movement across multiple accounts and entities
Review and communicate financial reports, budgets, and cash flow to clients
Coordinate and manage multiple entities, real estate holdings, and business interests
Ensure timely execution of client requests while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Act as the central hub between clients, advisors, CPAs, attorneys, and internal teams
Proactively identify issues, anticipate needs, and recommend solutions
Qualifications
5+ years of direct client-facing experience in a family office, business management, or UHNW client environment
Proven ability to manage complex client relationships independently
Hands-on experience with:
Financial reporting and budgeting
Cash flow management and account oversight
Bill pay and transaction execution
Multi-entity structures and/or real estate holdings
Strong ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, high-touch environment
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface directly with clients and their advisors
