Your Mission

To “WOW!!” our clients by helping get their marketing campaigns running smoothly. You are the customer’s main point of contact after they purchase their order, all the way until completion. This includes being the liaison point between the customer and our design team, mailing list experts, and our printing and mailing area teams, as well. This is a fast-paced position and requires a lot of multi-tasking and decision making. The Campaign Coordinators must be detail-oriented and organized to ensure the client’s deadlines are met. This position is responsible for ensuring that the customer is serviced perfectly and is very happy with their order!

Ultimately, we strive for flawless, 5-star customer service.

Work Hours
  • Full-time in-office position
  • Monday - Friday from 9:00am–6:00pm with a 1-hour lunch
Compensation
  • Paid training
  • Spanish speaker preferred
  • $19.50 / hr to start
  • $20.50 with a favorable review after training and completing regular job duties
  • Bonus up to $400 per month after 3–6 months


Requirements
  • Pleasantly communicating with customers on the phone as well as via e-mail and live chat
  • Ability to navigate the computer system and e-mail system once trained
  • Ability to accurately follow customer’s written or verbal instructions
  • Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask like a rock star
  • Willingness to provide coverage for other areas of the department as needed
  • Must be able to keep composure if there’s a tight deadline or pressure
  • Reliable and responsible, the customer and the company count on this
  • Other duties as assigned
Other Requirements
  • Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in customer service roles
  • Ability to type with speed and accuracy (at least 40 wpm)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook & Excel
  • Positive outlook that can be felt by our customers and our co-workers
