Role Overview

Client Services Representatives help support clients and partners across Norgress’ portfolio of brands. This role focuses on providing thoughtful, professional communication with individuals who interact with Norgress through our various divisions.

Individuals in this role may assist with managing client inquiries, supporting onboarding processes, and helping ensure a positive experience for those engaging with our organization.

Because Norgress operates through a flexible, project-based model, contributors in this area may support multiple brands or initiatives depending on project needs.

Responsibilities May Include
  • Responding to client inquiries received through email, online forms, or support platforms

  • Providing general information about Norgress services and initiatives

  • Supporting onboarding processes for new clients or partners

  • Routing specialized inquiries to the appropriate internal team members

  • Maintaining organized records of client communications

  • Helping ensure a professional and positive client experience
