The Opportunity

As a Client Services Representative, you’ll play an important role in helping our clients have a positive experience with LendingTree and QuoteWizard. You’ll manage client accounts, respond to questions and concerns, resolve complaints and disputes, process credit card payments, and support other projects that help the team deliver exceptional service.

This is an in-office role based in our downtown Seattle location, with a hybrid schedule designed to provide both collaboration and flexibility.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Manage client accounts and provide responsive, professional support throughout the client relationship.
  • Address and resolve client complaints and disputes with empathy, sound judgment, and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Process credit card payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Respond to client inquiries through phone and email while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and service.
  • Partner with team members and department leadership on projects and other priorities as needed.
  • Help maintain an organized, efficient client service operation in a high-volume transactional environment.
Who You’ll Work With

You’ll join a collaborative Client Services team supporting clients and working closely with department leadership and other teams across QuoteWizard and LendingTree. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys helping others, solving problems, managing multiple priorities, and contributing both independently and as part of a team.

You’ll be based in our downtown Seattle office in the heart of Pioneer Square, where we offer a comfortable and collaborative environment with onsite amenities including a gym, locker room, lunch area, snacks, TVs, casual attire, and ping pong.

What You’ll Bring
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Professional phone and email communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organization and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
  • Sound judgment and the ability to prioritize work effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • A customer-first mindset and a commitment to delivering the level of support you would expect to receive yourself.
  • Experience with Salesforce or within the insurance industry is a plus.

The Details

Base Pay: $21.30/hour DOE

The base pay offered may vary based on internal factors, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible for monthly commission.
