**This position is eligible to work from home anywhere in the United States**

Essential Functions:

  • Serves as the point of contact for assigned EMC Claims Solution’s (ECS) clients, ensuring proactive, consistent high quality service experiences.
  • Investigates service issues and discrepancies to ensure all relationship needs are met.  Partners with appropriate internal teams to resolve client concerns and ensure overall alignment.  Performs root cause identification and implementation of solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention. 
  • Prepares assigned materials to participate in client meetings, stewardship reviews, and training sessions.  Performs client calls and/or meetings to provide excellent client services practices. 
  • Provides responses to client inquiries and gathers claims data, prepares reports, and organizes information.  Participates in the identification of communication gaps or training needs.  Delivers identified training as assigned. 
  • Collaborates with people leader to prepare presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.  Develops assigned newsletters, blogs, and client communications. 
  • Maintains contract lists, databases, and marketing files.  Conducts research on industry trends, competitors, and target markets.
  • Identifies opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency, and implements approved changes.  Coordinates vendor expectations and resolves minor vendor issues.
  • Partners with people leader on conference preparation and follow up.  Works with leader to develop action items and opportunities from conference findings and relationships.  

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or business or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Two years of experience in marketing, relationship management, business development, or TPA claims or related experience
  • Insurance designations, such as CPCU or AIC, preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of claims processes and industry terminology
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Curiosity, initiative and a positive attitude toward learning
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office

The hiring salary range for this position will vary based on geographic location, falling within either of the following:

$66,294 - $91,570 or $73,245 - $100,731

A hiring range represents a subset of the full salary range. The actual salary will depend on several factors, including relevant education, skills, and experience of an applicant, geographic location, and business needs.
