Client & Strategy Manager Greenhouse Partners · Boulder, CO (Onsite) $60,000 to $70,000 / year

About Greenhouse Partners

Greenhouse Partners is a boutique brand strategy and advertising agency in Boulder, focused on the growth of brands and people. We work with high-profile local and national clients, early-stage growth companies, and leading small to mid-size brands across consumer packaged goods, real estate, higher education, financial services, transportation, and more.

Our culture is inspiring, entrepreneurial, and collaborative, driven by smart, strategic, creative people who care about doing amazing work.

The Role

We're hiring a Client & Strategy Manager to join our team onsite in Boulder. This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone with 2-4 years of experience who wants to grow fast in a small, high-performance agency. You'll support research and brand strategy work, manage projects and deadlines, and build real relationships with clients across a range of industries.

What You'll Do

  • Execute with precision: project management, deadlines, attention to detail, and juggling competing priorities
  • Build and manage strong relationships with clients at all levels
  • Contribute to research and brand strategy deliverables, including positioning, insights, and messaging
  • Solve complex problems, both independently and in group settings
  • Collaborate closely with our in-house studio and content team on integrated solutions
  • Use AI tools to sharpen your thinking and raise the quality of your work
  • Bring energy, accountability, and optimism every day

What We're Looking For

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience and a 4-year college degree
  • A strong writer and communicator
  • Naturally curious, organized, and driven to grow
  • Comfortable in a scrappy, fast-moving environment where everyone wears multiple hats
  • Genuine interest in brand strategy, not just marketing execution

Compensation & Benefits

$60,000 to $70,000 per year, plus medical, dental, and vision coverage, work-from-anywhere time, paid time off, paid holidays, 401(k), performance awards, company events, and office amenities.

How to Apply

Please submit a cover letter, your resume, and a link to your LinkedIn profile to Tena Olson at [email protected]. Applications without a cover letter will not be reviewed.

Please submit your application by June 17, 2026 to be considered.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
