Key Responsibilities

 
  • Generate new business through proactive outreach and lead generation

  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized insurance consultations and outstanding service

  • Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products

  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets

  • Utilize our CRM to track leads, manage renewals, and maintain accurate records

  • Stay current on products, regulations, and Farmers Insurance best practices

  • Collaborate with teammates in our high-energy, supportive culture

 

What You Bring

 
  • 1+ year experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)

  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

  • Confidence and positivity in outbound calling and closing deals

  • A coachable mindset with a learner’s attitude

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (or willingness to obtain quickly)

  • Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply
