The RoleAt CCC, Client Success is a commercial growth function. Twenty-seven of the top 30 insurance carriers run on CCC. Our Client Success team is responsible for helping customers realize value from their investment, drive adoption, and achieve meaningful business outcomes.
We are actively hiring for multiple Client Success Manager roles across our organization, including Product Client Success Managers, Strategic Client Success Managers, and other client-facing success positions. Opportunities exist across a range of levels, from early-career professionals building deep product expertise to experienced client success leaders managing executive relationships and driving strategic business outcomes.
Regardless of role or level, successful candidates are curious, analytical, commercially minded, and passionate about helping customers maximize value from CCC solutions. Specific responsibilities and account assignments will vary based on the role, level, and business need.
Salary range is:
$78,556 - $140,000.00
This position is equity and bonus and/or commission eligible.


 

Key Responsibilities:

Depending on the role and level, responsibilities may include:

  • Drive customer adoption, utilization, and value realization across CCC solutions

  • Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and become a strategic advisor

  • Develop expertise in CCC products, workflows, and customer use cases

  • Identify opportunities to improve outcomes, close usage gaps, and expand product adoption

  • Lead business reviews, success planning, and outcome-focused customer conversations

  • Analyze customer usage data and trends to identify risks and opportunities

  • Partner with Sales, Product, Support, and Operations teams to advance customer objectives

  • Support renewal, retention, and growth efforts through proactive customer engagement

  • Create and execute customer success plans that align business goals with solution capabilities

  • Serve as the voice of the customer and advocate for continuous improvement

Requirements:

Qualifications may vary depending on the position and level. Ideal candidates will bring:

  • Experience in Client Success, Account Management, Product Success, Implementation, Consulting, or related customer-facing roles

  • Experience working in SaaS, technology, or enterprise software environments

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into action

  • Ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and customer-focused manner

  • Curiosity, adaptability, and comfort operating in ambiguity

  • A commercial mindset focused on customer outcomes and business value

  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams

Additional qualifications for more senior opportunities may include:

  • Experience leading executive-level customer relationships

  • Ownership of strategic accounts, portfolios, or renewal outcomes

  • Experience presenting to VP and C-level stakeholders

  • Deep expertise in driving adoption, retention, and growth within enterprise customer environments
