About Savvy Wealth:

Wealth management is a $545 billion industry that still runs on manual work. 75% of advisors offer no digital communication beyond email, and most still build financial plans by hand in Excel. Savvy is reinventing what it looks like to be a financial advisor. Founder Ritik Malhotra saw the fragmentation firsthand after seeking out his own advisor, and started Savvy to give independent advisors a modern, AI-native home.

Savvy is a registered investment advisor (RIA), and we partner with experienced financial advisors who want to grow without running the back office themselves. Advisors bring their book and join Savvy, running under their own brand (or ours), and Savvy earns a percentage of the assets they manage. In return, they get a true business-in-a-box: a proprietary tech platform and client portal, an in-house marketing team that helps them grow, a world-class investment management team, and a dedicated client services team that runs day-to-day operations and support. Advisors at Savvy service up to 50% more households and save 19 hours a week.

AI runs through everything we do. On the product side, Savvy Intelligence (released April 2026) is the only AI built for wealth managers that can see a client's complete financial picture. Internally, everyone at Savvy uses Claude and is encouraged to experiment with it, backed by a dedicated AI enablement team and a RevOps org building agents in-house.

We're a Series B company hitting our stride, with roughly 150 employees and over 500% year-over-year growth, backed by $105M from Thrive Capital, Index Ventures, Canvas Ventures, and Mark Casady (former CEO of LPL Financial). Come help us scale!

The Role:

Savvy is looking for a detail-obsessed, resourceful operator to join our advisor transitions team and own the hands-on work of moving newly signed advisors’ books onto Savvy’s platform. Advisors choose Savvy in part because we make moving their practice painless — you are the person who delivers on that promise, driving each transition from signed to fully live with speed, precision, and a white-glove touch. Our fast-moving team has already transitioned 30+ advisors and over $2B in assets this year, and your work directly determines how quickly Savvy can grow and how every new advisor experiences us from day one. This role gives you significant exposure to Savvy’s Operations, Advisory, Product, and Client Servicing efforts.

Who you are:

  • You’re resourceful. You figure things out, chase down answers, and don’t wait to be told how to unblock a transition.

  • You’re detail-obsessed. You catch the error others miss, because you know a single bad field can break a bulk upload or delay a transfer.

  • You’re never tired of learning. You self-teach new platforms and custodial systems fast, and you’re tech-savvy by default.

  • You appreciate direct communication. You’re both an active communicator and an eager listener, and you stay calm and clear with advisors under pressure.

  • You can pivot on the fly. We are fast-growing, so priorities constantly evolve. What you worked on last month may not be the same next month.

  • You have a humble, “can do” attitude and extreme ownership. Our team creates high-quality work on quick timelines.

  • You want to be part of a winning team. We’re stronger together, and you embrace being pushed out of your comfort zone.

You will report to the Client Service Onboarding Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end transition of assigned advisors’ books across custodians, from paperwork generation through completed account transfers.

  • Prepare, validate, and submit account paperwork with a low NIGO (not-in-good-order) rate, catching data issues before they cause delays.

  • Run data preparation and validation to ensure accuracy

  • Act as the dedicated day-to-day point of contact for transitioning advisors, communicating proactively and keeping each transition on schedule.

  • Coordinate across custodians, vendors, and internal teams (Operations, Product, Client Servicing) to unblock transitions.

  • Balance multiple concurrent transitions while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and staying adaptive in a rapidly evolving environment.

  • Monitor and report on transition progress and flag risk situations early.

  • Contribute to improving the team’s capabilities by enhancing existing processes and helping build scalable, automated workflows.

Must Have:

  • 3 to 5+ years in a client operations, account transitions, onboarding, or account management role in wealth management.

  • Exceptional resourcefulness and a very quick learning curve — you can pick up new custodial platforms and tools on your own, fast.

  • Hands-on experience working across multiple custodians and a strong grasp of account transfer / onboarding paperwork.

  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail across many parallel, deadline-driven workstreams.

  • Strong data hygiene instincts — comfort with spreadsheets and validation logic, and the discipline to catch errors before they compound.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the empathy and confidence to keep advisors calm and informed under pressure.

  • A collaborative, low-ego, self-starter attitude with an incredible ownership mentality.

  • Tech-savvy and adept at quickly learning and adopting new technologies, including AI tools.

  • Comfort working in a high-growth, constantly changing environment.

Nice to have:

  • Direct experience with Schwab and/or Fidelity custodial platforms

  • Familiarity with ACAT transfers, LPOA/repaper processes, NIGO resolution, DocuSign, Orion, or Salesforce

  • Comfort with Excel/Google Sheets at a power-user level (lookups, data validation, cleaning messy files)

  • Prior work experience at a high-growth startup or a custodian, RIA, and broker-dealer

  • Experience using AI tools to accelerate data or document work (validation, drafting, summarization)

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
